World of Oppression

ok, you want to know my honest opinion?? i am neither Democrat or Republican...i am sick to death of politics...i am AGAINST war, although Bin Laden definitely got what he deserved, but there is so much evil, hate and greed in this world and it's getting worse by the day! my eyes have been opened...i have become so disillusioned from it all and i refuse to be part of it. i honestly don't know who or what to believe anymore...i believe what my heart tells me to believe, not what others tell me to believe!
before i go any further, there are some things people should know about me. for those who don't know this, already. i am an artist...i have ADHD...i am an Empath. i see things differently than most people and i am very detail-oriented. i see things and people for who and what they REALLY are, i am getting VERRRY good at reading body language and facial expressions and can usually tell if someone is sincere, or not. now, what exactly is an Empath? let me try to explain this...people give off "vibes"..."good vibes"..."bad vibes", etc. Empaths can somehow pick up on those "vibes" and can sense how a person REALLY feels. now, don't come up to me and ask me, "so, what am i thinking" or "what am i feeling now"?? it doesn't work like that. if you want to know more, i suggest you go to wikipedia and look it up, yourself.
hate, jealousy and anger have poisoned our entire planet. people hate because that's what they are taught. politics...the government...religion. they ALL play a big part in it. "they condemn what they do not understand". people have been brainwashed to hate a person because of their race, sex, orientation, religion, because they are Democrat or because they are Republican, because they are different, because they are rich or poor, because they have a disability, because they have blonde hair, because they're too tall, too short, too skinny, too fat, because of the music they listen to...it's just sad. this planet may be here for another few billion years, or so but at the rate we're going...we'll be gone LOOONG before that and it won't be from an asteroid, it won't be from a natural disaster...WE will be the cause of it!! yes, we got Bin Laden...the "leader of the pack", he can never harm anyone ever again and justice has finally been served...but this is FAR from over! Throughout history there have always been people just like him...people who want to control the world and everyone and everything in it and there always will be as long as evil, greed, anger, jealousy and hate continue to consume and devour this planet.
i always try to hold on to that last little bit of hope that i have left, but i am also being realistic and my heart tells me otherwise. which is why i want nothing to do with politics or the government. i DO care, but they're gonna do whatever they wanna do whether we like it or not. we cannot rely on THEM to fix OUR problems. if you want something done, you gotta do it yourself! Obama can't do it alone...he's just one person and is human just like everyone else. he can't just snap his fingers and everything be all peachy-keen. WE need to get up off our lazy behinds...put down the smartphone for 2 seconds...put down the wii...and stop boo-hooing and feeling sorry for ourselves and start helping each other! i know that's a lot to ask, but things will not get better until we do! we managed to get out of the last depression...but, if we do not change our ways and learn from our mistakes, we may not get out of this one and we will have no one to blame but ourselves!
